The new year is underway and Leidos Digital Solutions is keeping it fresh with new time saving features and functions to help you maximize your productivity in 2023 and beyond. At the top of our to do list: Make it easier than ever for you to serve and engage with your constituents.

We have been working to simplify the user interface to deliver a faster and more responsive application. Many of our loyal IQ customers still use what we call IQ4 as their primary interface, but we have been making great progress supercharging IQ with the next generation: IQ5. Though not yet available in all our markets across the country, IQ5 is already transforming constituent service in select Congressional Offices.

IQ5 represents our continuing commitment to improving user experience and bolstering productivity. By transforming how you engage with IQ, we are making it easier for you to focus on serving your constituents. Check out a few of the things we are excited to bring you in 2023:

A Culture of Continuous Improvement

IQ5 introduces an enhanced system and new capabilities for your constituent services. The system itself is more powerful, enabling faster response times as well as advanced automation and batching capabilities. The intuitive new interface has a familiar feel that allows you to navigate and complete tasks with greater ease and in less time. Some of the new features available in IQ5 include:

  • My Inbox – compiles a user’s assigned Services and Messages, so it’s more convenient for them to monitor and access everything all in one place
  • Universal Search Bar – allows you to search through Contacts, Messages, and other IQ applications with one click, no matter where you are in IQ
  • Message Processing – makes it easier to sort batches, assign automation rules, and run analytics
  • Casework Actions – let you favorite, share, remind, and monitor your tasks, to help you see them through to completion

Our Knowledge Team Manager Jonathan Kilgore explains, “IQ5’s speed and intuitive interface will make managing constituent cases, responding to constituent emails, and connecting with constituents easier than ever before. I can’t wait for our customers to take full advantage of this amazing new system.”

User Experience Enhancements

With IQ5, Leidos is delivering a more intuitive and responsive application, but we are not stopping there.  We support that modernization with best practice consulting and instructional tools as well. The newest iteration of IQ brings with it new training videos, so you can get the most out of IQ5’s new features. We are also revising some existing materials, to elaborate on our additional resources.

Our new videos are designed to be even more bite-sized and engaging. In addition to our library of videos, we will also be creating new Quick Reference Guides – detailed, step-by-step instructions, complete with written and visual directions. These supplemental guides are perfect for refreshing your memory or sharing with staff or an intern.
