Your Support Team
Every IQ office is assigned a personal, dedicated IT Consultant (ITC) who is your primary point of contact for all IQ support. Your ITC will get to know your staff and become fluent in your processes to ensure that your office is running on all cylinders at all times. Our team of ITCs is based just a few blocks from the Capitol so you can rest assured knowing that help is never more than a few minutes away.
Your account representative is your first point of contact with us and helps your office identify its unique priorities and needs. Our account reps are not only IQ experts but also highly skilled in recommending fully optimized communications plans based on our comprehensive portfolio of services.
Our fully-staffed Help Desk is on call for Capitol Hill offices from 8am-7pm, every day of the week. This team combines years of experience and a consultative approach to problem solving with excellent customer service and a “can do” attitude. The IQ training team offers comprehensive, role-based training in several different settings for your convenience. With regularly scheduled webinars and classroom training sessions, your staff can register and attend any time. Private webex or in-office sessions can be arranged for your DC staff—and even in your District or State Office!
